Sometimes the easiest way to begin understanding the effects of trauma is in a group setting where the broader topic can be discussed. I would be honored to speak at your women's small group, Bible study, or group of friends at your home, church, or wherever you are comfortable gathering.

We can tailor the presentation according to your direction, but some of the potential topics include:

Shame and its effects - how to overcome it
Self-worth - understanding our identity and how trauma affects it
